More Bad News for Squirls

This guy didn't stand a chance. It's alright...feed em to the hogs.

Captain's Stuffed Tree Rat. Skin and Gut squirrel, stuff belly with green olives, provolone and feta cheese, add 1 teaspoon of fresh garlic and 2 tablespoons of chopped onions. Cook for 2 hours on 200 degrees. Take out of smoker and baste with balsic vingerette dressing. Enjoy.
