As I drove across the quivira bridge above 435 this morning I noticed workers hooking up something in orange construction barrels, overlooking the highway in both directions. Upon further investigation the men where wiring in cameras but not just any cameras they were radar guns with cameras that send instant info directly to a cop with a laptop in a car on the off ramp. So heed this warning do not speed on 435 east or west at quivira. peace.
